[Resolved] LG Electronics — ac is not working from last 35 days | |||
Description :Hello, I recently bought LG AC[protected] from reliance and it got installed on 2nd March. I have not used completely at least one month. But my AC got damaged and it's not working now. It showing error code CH 10 on screen. The same issue reported 15 days back to both reliance and LG customer service but no use. I am not receiving any updates from both teams even I facing this issue from last 15 days and I am contacting daily to get the updates. Sorry to say this and didn't expect such a bad service from LG. I HAVE 10 months old baby and he getting infected by sweat and he is not able to sleep properly due to peak summer hot. Can you please take this as high priority and do the needful asap.
