7/7/2020 No cooling and gas filled at site by the LG Technician
28/1/2021 Again no cooling; this time around LG's authorized service center took the Indoor unit, outdoor unit and the copper pipe and checked all 3 as per LG protocol. No leak is what LG said. Refilled the gas and provided 180 days warranty for the service provided. No service charges as...

I have lodged complaint for repairs of defective Split AC purchased vide No. DWARKA-610 DATED[protected] PRODUCT DETAILS LGAC INVATER JSUQ12HUZD. Complaint number RNP[protected] dated 25th March 2022. For three days there was no resolution of my complaint. Talked to officials on cell number[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] regularly but to no avail. Called Branch Head, LG Delhi Ms. Anju madam, cell number [protected] but she did not pick up cell. i tried for 2 days but no response. Then Sent her SMS and What s app messages. However, there was no resolution of my complaint. Lodged escalation on 27/03/2022 VCP[protected]. Again no resolution till date. Send e mail to CEO on the website of LG on 30/03/2022 again nothing happened.
I am senior citizen and suffering from heart ailments. I suffered mental agony and physical torture during this scorching heat because of the callousness of the Company whose i purchased in the recent past. This is sale after service of the the company.
My humble request to the honorable consumer forum is to please impose a penalty of Rs.5.00 lacs on the LG company and donate 50% of this amount to PM care fund and pay me balance to compensate for my mental agony, torture etc. Penalty on the company is necessary for the deficiency of the services.

      We have purchased new Window AC recently and at the time of installs only it was not working so LG executive asked us to wait for engineer visit. It’s been more than 2-3 weeks we have got no response from customer service centre and LG service has became so pathetic that customer service centre are not responding properly. Is this situation persist. I am going to complaint in consumer court as well violate LG products in all social media.

                    I have purchases TV 4 yeas back and after 2 years suddenly got some lines on screen below and repaired in warranty and now again same problem getting, what type of product is this. Don't cheat the customers with such type of low quality products. If you want customer to believe you make it standard products. I never choose LG in future. Byee LG.

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have called the LG Support center to inform that my refrigerator is not working on 20 March 2022.
                      The same day one technician came in evening, cleaned the compressor from outside, and told to switch on after 2 hours. He said that of it is still not working, then gas or compressor issue is there and he will come and repair on 21st March 2022.
                      We started the refrigerator after 2 hours and it was still not working. Then my wife called the technician but he never picked the telephone. Then we complained on LG Support and they gave Mr. Raju Kothapally number [protected] for follow-up. We called many times on his number but he never responds. Then we send WhatsApp messages on his number and he said he would check and inform after numerous messages.
                      Today he said that compressor needs replacement for which order have been placed and it will take 2 days.
                      In view of the above, I would like to inform that our family in Hyderabad is facing lot of problems because of this delay. We cannot store essential food, medicines, and other stuff. Moreover, currently I am located abroad and there are no male members who can bring the essentials on a regular basis for which reason we brought this big size refrigerator.
                      I request you to kindly expedite the repair work and make us comfortable from this stressful time.

                          I purchased a bajaj cooler from Pai showroom indiranagar bangalore, I purchased it on 14.03.22 it got delivered on 15th and the next dY I said the cooler has too much noise and I m.not able to sleep, and asked for refund because the cooler sound is very loud. Pai sent technician twice they also said same the sound is loud but its normal! I m not satisfied with the sound and I m daily I m.calling Pai to fix this issues and they delay it. No response from Pai on refund nor any update on next steps.

                          Better to buy online where u have immediate return in 10 days without visit of technician..

                            My complaint against Lg worst service that they provide us. Since last 6 months i had complained 3 items and no nobody came to fix my refrigerator problem nor they visit properly as per schedule. I called seniors also but they didn’t bothered about my complaint and they gave me fake promises to visit but they didn’t.
