Sir,

I had lodged a service request on Sunday 1st May 2011, for my 1.5 ton window AC [Product code is LWA5ERID] installed on the toll free number of LG India. My request no is: RNA[protected]. I was promised that somebody from the customer support / service would get in touch with us within 24 hrs. However, i am very sorry to say that 3 days have gone and no one has turned up or tried to contact us on phone. I had also requested that the school timings are from 8:30 A.M to 2:00 P.M and the service engineer should visit between these working hours only.

Sir, scorching summer has dawned and we are not able to use our window ac due to its servicing. LG customer care should take immediate steps and the service engineers would contact us immly.needless to mention that this is our first experience with LG Ac's , we have samsung and voltas products and they have an impeccable service record. Your service in comparison has been tardy and poor in comparison.

LG India provides worst service in consumer electronics industry. The customer care call centre nos. are like endless wait. I tried each and every option to contact LG India. Even after complaint has been registered no one has done anything.

I tried calling your Jammu customer care centre but was able to get through to one operator after 19 calls and he also promised today that some engineer would get in touch with us immly. It seems his definition of 'immly' means, 'after endless time duration'.

Pls look into the matter.

NEXT DAY MAY QURRY FOR AC STATUS SERVICE CENTR SAID THIS AC CAPACITER ARE PURCHASED LOCAL. SIR I AM SURE MY SPLIT AC NO REPAIR ANY TIMR ANY PLACE. SIR MAY AGREE FEW SENTANCE FOR LG SERVICE CENTRE JAMMU CHITTING ME OR LG SHOWROOM CHITTING. LG service center is charging Rs.650.00 for just visit and check AC.This is too big a amount for doing nothing. I had problem with LG AC model :LG-LSA24XWAS1. The problem was, remote was working intermittently. This was due to sensor board. This problem I had mentioned when I placed a service request. I was very upset when the LG service person came and did nothing. he told the model absolete and the spare is not available. Charged me Rs.650.00 and left without any solution to my problem.

    Hi my Name is Akash and i am really pissed of with LG service. I have one LG semi automatic Washing machine whose safety cover was got broken while washing clothes. This machine is still under warranty and i am ready to pay for broken parts but still no body is entertaining me. I launched a complaint on 26th April 2011 "RNA[protected] " and today on 4th may 2011, one technician comes to my house and try to replace the broken part with another broken part. when i said i want the new part, again he said that we don't have any other part available and i[censored] don't want this broken part , it will take another 15 ,20 days for replacement. he was trying to sell the broken part with 70 % discount. this is real from LG service..... i bought this machine from Reliance digital outlet and they are also not supporting me. Please help me out as i am really suffering from this problem and i just want sue the LG Service team.

        Recently one & a half month before there is a problem of cooling in it. I have contacted the nearby Service center. They took the Refrigerator & returned it after a month with a Duplicate Cooling part in it which was replaced by the original one.

        LG REFRIGERATORS — Complaint against Service

        Sub: Complaint again the service department for cheating me.

        This is Charul Kapadia, from Rishikesh. I had bought a refrigerator from LG store here (Sawan Sales) on 19th jan,2007 for my restaurant Jasmine Tea at Tapovan for Rs.30000. It was not keeping really chilled from the day one and I was told by the service guys, it was due to the heat in the restaurant.
        I then shifted it to my other restaurant Laxmi restaurant in feb 2009, suddenly in march 2009, it stopped working and after a month of calling the service centre frequently, the service people came on 8th April 2009 and put some gas in it and charged me Rs,949, and said it will work in a couple of hours… but nothing happened. I called the service people again and they asked me to send the refrigerator. After 4 months of frequently calling they finally returned me the refrigerator on 2nd, aug,2009 and charged me an amount of Rs.1049, and said it will work in a couple of hours but it dint work, and I returned it back to the service centre and till date nothing has happened… after calling them again from the past 5 months with no response… I finally called a Mr. Vinod Gaud who said he will look into the matter and I was confirmed that the refrigerator was Unrepairable… after two days a Mr. Vinay called me and said that they had somehow fixed the refrigerator but it will still not work properly and I should collect it from the service centre. Who on earth can do that? ONE YEAR THAT MY REFRIGERATOR IS WITH LG SERVICE BUT NO RESPONSE!

        LG — complaint against about refrigerator

        i bought a refrigerator of LG a five months ago, i does not work properly and does not cooling the inner atmosphere of refrigerator. It did not work from one week to till. I filled the complaint at LG india but they not respond ,repair my fridge as early as possible.

        Sub:LG Refrigerator 335L GLD37 – Product serial No.390105 – EAN#[protected] –Rs.37384.00 Dt.08.03.2016- substandard/defective product to be replaced or cash return-reg.

        I bought a refrigerator from
        Reliance Retail Limited
        Reliance Digital
        Door No.78 & 79, Madhavaram High Road,

        The above Product delivered and installed on 09.03.2016, I tried to wipe the surface of the refrigerator, I found a tiny dent on the top and hence I searched other places and found many more dents at the middle & lower portion of the refrigerator. The sticker stains could not be removed by the cloth and seen mild scratches in that portions. It was shocking and I lost my sleep at that night. On 10.03.2016 morning I have spoken to customer care in the shop to settle the issues. They have accepted but forwarded my complaints to LG for further action. Again I went to the shop in the afternoon and explained the problems and requested them to replace the product immediately. No action has been taken to replace the product till 28.03.2016. Meanwhile Mr.Mani[protected] from LG came to our residence on 14.03.2016 and inspected the product and taken photo shots. Again I have spoken to the LG in Chennai [protected], stating that the request was forwarded and not yet received the replacement order from the LG HO Mumbai. No action has been taken till date.
        Kindly help this aged man to come out from the problems.

          Hi, I have applied for a loan from Bajajfin and bought a LED TV about 3 months ago. I keep getting SMS stating that I have to pay the loan amount and that I would be able to go and have a look at the loan details on www.bajajfinlending.in website, clicking on customer login page. When I go to this page www.bajajfinlending.in, there is no other option except search and I don't know as to why Bajaj people are trying to send such kind of sms trying to cheat the customer for the option that is not available. Is this how Bajaj thinks it could make more money by not being able to display the loan amount of customers, is what I feel? .

              We bought an LG Refrigerator in April, 2009. Just after 2 years, the cooling is gone. After registering complaint, nobody is attending to the problem properly. Its 3 weeks now in this hot weather and everytime we get to hear just one thing from customer care that the engineer will call in 24 hours. Gas was filled 2 weeks back, but every other day, the fridge has no cooling.

              My suggestion to people reading this is not to buy LG Refrigerators. The products are not good then how come "Life is Good" with LG. This advertisement should be banned. Problems start after the warranty period. Thats why the schemes of exchange offers are coming up for such products where the consumers don't get anything, infact they have to shell out more money from their pockets.

              LG / Refrigerators — Harsh noise while opening door and some water collection under vegetable basket

              refer to refrigerator 320ml model no GL338VE5 dated 11/5/10 and its complains C10B2518028 dated 25/8/10 ,C10B3012580 dated 30/8 2010, C[protected] dated 4/9/2010, C[protected] dated 15/9/2010 and C10B0838077 dated 8/11/2010,door noise problem is still there.Besides your service engg has given different look to my freeze by changing the main door and not changing freezers door also. I doubt that yours so called service engg are qualified and trained because they handled my freeze by trial and error method e.g.application of oil,change of door bush change of gasket one by one but even by change door noise problem is still there. It means that my freeze as some in built manufacturing defect and freeze replacement is only remedy.inspite of to written complains dated 27/11/2010 and 19/4/2011.No actin has been taken so far.If my freeze problem continues for one week i will be compelled to take LEGAL ACTION

                Hi I bought AMC from LG for two of my ACs and paid Rs.[protected] for each). I was told that if I have any problem I call up their customer repair service and they will come up to fix my problems. And they did come up once for routine cleaning, but when I called up today to find out that my number is not in their system. In fact my record has been removed and on phone their customer rep had even problem locating Bangalore in their system. I don't know if LG has removed all the Bangalore records from their IT system or only mine. But I need them to honor my AMC agreement and send their person to my house to repair the ACs.

                  I purchased LG Double Door refrigerator as on 23/11/2008 & within warranty period its timer stop to working. After compliant, company change it.
                  But in Jan-2011, refrigerator stop to giving cooling, so I called to customer care & they sent service executive.
                  He examine refrigerator & told that there is Gas leakage problem & since product is out of service we need to pay Rs. 1100/- for repair it. So we paid Rs. 1100/- to Mr. Moin of LG service centre & he repaired refrigerator.
                  But to my surprise, even before completing 3 months refrigerator start given same problem. I again called to call centre & as on 15/04/2011 Mr. Khan from LG service center, Miraroad visited to my home & he examine product & say that there is chock up problem, I’ll come back on 17/04/2011 or 18/04/2011 with gas & solve problem.
                  But till now he never comes back or call. I continues calling with LG call center & call center making only hollow promises that technician will visit today, which never come true.
                  I just frustrate with follow up with company & not getting any solution for my problem.

                    I am very sorry to say that your technicians do not know how to handle customers. I had a very bad experience. I will request you to please escalate it to the concerned people

                    1) The technician got in touch with me on 28th April and addressed me Mr. Rashmi to which I objected and politely asked him to correct himself.
                    2) I told him that me being in office I will not be attend to him on Thursday. He should call me up on Friday before starting for my home.
                    3) I had this experience before also from LG while they serviced my Microwave that the Engineer had reached my house and then he called me up that I should reach. With me working in office, it is not possible to be available with at least 1 hour notice. I had made this very clear to him that I would like him to call me before starting off to avoid inconvenience
                    4) I had to go out of station on 29th April, Friday due to which he was unable to come. He called me on Saturday and started again with Mr. Rashmi. He said that he was standing near my house. This angered me a lot.
                    5) When I asked him whether he was educated or not, he refused. Saying that he was uneducated. My husband who was driving at that point of time, scolded him on his behavior and on his manners regarding talking with female But he was not ready to listen
                    6) I had to turn him back without getting serviced
                    7) I believe that LG boasts of one of the best Service guys in India. But this example doesnot show case your stand in the industry.


                    Please let me know by when you are sending someone with decent manners and good technical knowhow of the solution to the problem. Kindly address at the earliest

                        Hi,
                        I bought 2 LG products( washing machine and microwave) and got 2 gift vouchers of Cinerewardz.com. In which it was mentioned that it will expire on 30th May 2011. After studying there long process o[censored]sing that voucher, I registered those vouchers on there website and got 2 authentication numbers. But using those authentication today I was trying to book the ticket but there system is not allowing me to. And the call center people are mentioning that I need to book the ticket before 26 April to have 2 days gaps in 2 different options that I am supposed to fill while booking which was hidden. though this is nowhere clearly mentioned on the voucher. Because in this case it should be mentioned clearly that person has to book the ticket before 26 April. So this is very unclear conditions on the voucher. On top of that when I called the customer care the lady did hang phone on me which is truly unprofessional. In such cases I am bound to not endorse the company rewardport.in and cinerewardz.com company in my corporate circle. Because i should be able to book the ticket till 30 May as mentioned in the voucher. I am also making LG india as one party on behalf of which this company is cheating people on the name of gift vouchers.
                        So please do needful to rectify this technical glitch at your end. Hope to hear from you soon.

                          sir i booked a complaint and it was attened after a weeek time from hifi solution ambattur the mechanic came and he asked me some question and he stared checking the ac by swiching on and off the problem is the ac suddenly swiutching off after 15 mins he cant solve the problem instead he said the ac is not working because of high voltage really i have a 3 phase line with oven mixie 32 inch tvwashing machine everthing is fine and no problem in the last 3 years but ur mechanic doesnt want to listen to me he said the stableizer for ac dosent control this much of voltage and he started preparing the bill i really dont know it is a businesss to collect money from consumers instead clearing the problem i paid rs 160 again to whom i have to contact to clear the problem wherther a good ac mechanic from lg or a electrcian or i have to buy a new ac my ac is only 2 years old i feel lg customer service should improve or there wont be a new customer in future pls help me to solve this problem thanks

                          L.G.split A.C — A C NOT WORKING

                          With kind regard, I beg to give few lines for your kind notice and consideration on priority basis, that I had purchased a L.G.split A.C. bearing No. LG/AC-LSA5NF2VFC1 through your dealer/distributed M/s. Navrang Audio Video Pvt. Ltd, D-10, Vikas Marg, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092, against their invoice No. 6860 dated 11.07.2009 for a sum of Rs. 25,500/- (in cash), (installation charges etc. would be paid extra).

                          2. The above said L.G.Spilt AC installed in my residence i.e. IIE/47-48A, Kamna, Vaishali GZB (UP) on 14.07.2009. After 15 days, AC not given cooling and immediately I contacted your customer care service no.[protected]. After two days your company engineers came to my residence and check the AC and said Sir, there is some fault in cooling coils and he weld the coils and fill again gas in the AC and AC functioning properly. After that and up to 20.11.2009 the problem will remain same. Your engineers came and fill the gas again. From 11th July to 20th November 2009. The engineers fill the gas in the AC four times. Record is also available in your office against my repeated complaint again and again. Ihad not use the AC from 20.11.2009 to 26.03.2010.

                          3. On 30th March, 2010, when the Tem. gone up, I start my AC but I surprised there is no cooling. I immediately contacted your customer care service no.[protected]. My Complaint No.[protected] and No. C[protected] dated. 03.04.2010. On 4th April, 2010, Mr. Dushyant, Mechanic ( M.No. [protected]) of your firm had came to my residence and check the AC and said Sir, there is a leakage of gas in cooling coils. He told me that I had removed the entire coils and bring back to their service centre where they replaced the cooling coils and also said the entire process will take two/three days and after that we had installed the same in your residence.

                          4. From 4th April to till date no action had been taken by your service centre. During the period I contacted following persons viz; (1) Mr. Mohit, Supervisor, M.No. [protected], [protected], (2) Mr. Neeraj Bhardwaj M.No.[protected], (3) Ms. Rashmi M.No. [protected], all are supervisors and (4) Mr. Ram Chander, M.No.[protected], Area Incharge (5) Mr. Dushyant M.No. [protected] and (6) Mr. Gagan M.No.[protected] both mechanics. The Supervisors of your service centre and Area In charge had not given satisfactorily reply and no action had been taken so far. It is my humble request to you that kindly replaced my AC with a new one as the above article covered one year guarantee of the sold items or replaced the cooling coils without further delay at your own cost otherwise I will take legal action against your firm. Hoping for a early and favourable reply.

                          LG Split AC Machine — The AC is not working

                          The LG AC machine which has been installed in the Office Room of DDA Plan, Directorate of Agriculture & Food Production, Heads of Deparatments Building, Bhubaneswar only 3 months back is not working. The free service back up and Wrranty period is still live. Needs immediate Repair.
                          i purchased Lg split AC last month.
                          After requesting lot many times in customer care. No one has come till now to attend.
                          Now the horizontal swing is not working. Registered the complaint in customer care.
                          Till no one has come.
                          The customer service is very bad. If they donot imporove, i am sure that there will be no new customer.

                              Brief - Don't buy a wireless TV as wireless device is not available via LG Electronics, still you don't agree you may see a long follow up I spent for an accessory to get my TV wireless.


                              Whole LG Customer care is rubbish, I am totally fed up now.

                              1st - LG Shoppe person sold a wireless 3D LED TV to me telling me accessories I get get from customer care.
                              2nd - When I called customer care they say we don't know anything about it,
                              3rd - When I emailed Service LG India they gave me branch number,
                              4th - Branch number saying we don't know anything about it and many of branch numbers are not in service,
                              5th - Again I wrote an email to customer care,
                              6th - I got a call that do I have any problem with my "FIRDGE" !!!!
                              7th - Again I called customer care then they gave me number of Dhankawadi warehouse or something they said I need to log a call,
                              8th - I called customer care and told them about this they said I need to call service station,
                              9th - When I called service station they say we do repair and service only,
                              10th - Again I wrote a strong email to customer care I got a number of some Shweta from Pune customer care,
                              11th - She didn't pick up any of the calls I again wrote email to customer care.
                              12th - Shweta called me and gave me some Balaji's number who is also in service.
                              13th - I called Balaji - [protected] then he was postponing it for 2 days after continuous follow up finally he gave me his superior's number - [protected]
                              14th - I called his superior then he was saying I am into service can't help you.

                                We've had a 1.6 Ton LG Air Conditioner for the last 4 years. We recently registered a complaint with LG to replace the compressor as it had gotten spoilt. LG sent two engineers who promptly changed the compressor but didn't care to listen to us when we said we didn't think the AC was cooling. They just went off telling us that it will take some time. We checked for a day and noticed that things had gotten worse. We now have ICE forming on the unit inside and on the pipes outside. We've complained again and again but no one at LG has bothered to really have a qualified engineer fix the problem. Seems like people at LG are doing too well with Sales but care a damn about after sales. If someone at LG is reading this, please feel free to get in touch with me ( that is if you haven't already spoken to me and have done nothing about it )...Siddhant Johri, Noida, India

                                LG India AC service seems to be sinking to lowest depths here in Noida. The two representatives here, Atul Wadhwa ([protected]) and Ramchandra (cell [protected]) seem to be working for some LG's adversary as they are damaging LG's reputation (?) single handedly by doing their best to provide worst possible services.

                                  Since this AC is purchased, it has not been giving any cooling at all, it always shows something above 24-25 degrees celsius. It is not a temp. which is applicable in an AC cooled room. We have two other AC's in the same room, which functions properly, except this one, which is not functioning properly since day one. This proves that we were supplied a faulty machine instead of a new machine by the dealer.

                                  This amounts to fraud on the dealer's part. Request you to pl. take necessary action against the dealer who is still not agreed to replace the machine under the disguise that machine is fine.

                                  1.5 Ton LG Split AC — No Cooling in AC

                                  I have registered my complaints for 1.5 Split AC of LG Company which i was purchased from M/s A. K. Sales, Aligarh on 13.08.2010 but since then summer season has started my AC is not cooling proper, While i set it at 18 point which is the last coolig point, it does not decreases from 26-27, AC takes atleast 4 hours to come to this cooling point i.e. 26-27 whereas my room area is 12/14. My problem is still remain as it is from the month of march, 2011 since then i was continuing registering my complaints on toll free number of LG Company i.e.[protected] as detailed below :

                                  So many engineers were visited to my home but all had given different excuses, like, the problem is arrising due to the length of gas pipe, one said the problem is occuring due to gas charging, another is said it is due to compressure problem, the engineer has also changed the compressure of AC but the problem is not yet resolved, same is still awaited to resolve. Finally Aligarh LG Service Centre has been left to visit my home on my complaint and now avoiding me from the last 3 complaints with different excuses, then I my self went to service centre and talked to Sr. Manager of Service Center about my problem they also had given me a simple excuse and said we are looking your matter that may be resolved shortly.

                                  Since the warannty period is going to an end till 12.08.2011 my problem may kinldy be resolved as immediate as possible.

                                  LG - ROOM SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER — NO COOL AT ALL

                                  We are having a 1.5 Ton, 4 year old 2 LG split a/cs under AMC. Some 4 months before the one A/c loose it cooling and a complaint was lodgged with LG people. The immediately attend the complaint but the problem was not solved. As soon as the technician left out the office the went back to the same leval.

                                  Last four months more than 6 technician attended the complaint but they are unable to solve the problem. Six technician told 6 nature of problem

                                  1.There is case shortage 2. capaciter fail 3. more case is there. 4. ac fixed in a wrong place. 5. power shortage. 6. more dust.

                                  Now, all the above problems being solved but the ac is still in the same condition.

                                  In the mean time from 1st July 2011 onwards the AMC period over and we are keeping the AMC cheque ready for hand over with a condition "That A/c Must run properly atleast a single day"

                                  But no one came to our office for rectify the mistake till today.

                                  Expecting necessary action by the concered authorities.

                                  We Have Taken 2 AC Of Lloyd Company From Vijay Sales On 04/02/2012

                                  from date of purchase the 2 Ton AC Was not Cooling we complaints 3 to 4 time in Lloyd service center they did not rectify the problem.
                                  they always come and only clean the AC and went. they not even rectify the problem
                                  Now other AC of 1.5 Ton is not working properly we file other complain in Lloyd service center the technician visit and told that the compressor is not working we have not use for a month and its compressor is not working we are asking for replacement for both AC but they are not give replace since we have not use both AC for more than a month and its compressor and other part are getting faulty so we are asking for replacement and they are not giveing it

                                    The LG Engineers will rasie call on your behalf and close the call,
                                    If you ever call they will not reply. They will cheat you in all ways. Do not Buy. I have purchased 75,000 Worth machine and they dont care at all. every time they give a new call ID like RNA[protected] Which they will close them self and again you call u will get a New ID.

                                    We buy LG fully automatic washing machine model - HN 7512 @ 3 yrs before. Recently it was giving problem, some noice started coming during spinning. We contacted customer care. They gave no. RNA[protected]. Service engineer from Dhruv Marketing (Ahmedabad) came to my home and says that gear box is gone off and they have to take it to their workshop, the cost of service will be Rs. @2200/- to 3200/-. I was very upset with the price as cost of m/c was Rs. 14, 000/- when I bought (3 yrs back) and now they are charging @3000/- only for gear box service. Even it's on high in cost, I told DHRUV people to serviced it. They took and return after 3 days. They changed only 2 nos. v-belts and charged Rs. 2800/-
                                    Not only that, they changed my SS drum and fit old corroded one. When we asked for it, they replied - it's a colour during service and it will gone off. They have suppose to clean it before delivered. and what chemical they used to make drum so dirty? I AM SURE THAT THEY CHANGED MY DRUM, CHARGED HEAVELY FOR CHANGING 2 NOS. V-BELTS. Cost not more than 250/-
                                    lg washing machine service is very worst and service technician also fraud guys. dont buy lg home appliance items.
