I have purchased a color tv (flatron-400 model no 21FA2VGE-TB) from LG Shoppee mp nagar Bhopal some time in April 2007.This TV is still in 7yr warrenty period.Since one n half month half of the picture of the tv sreen is disappeared .Hence only hal[censored]pper part is visible. I have launched complaints twise to LG complaint but it is not attended by any service engineer of LG.The details of the complaints are given below :

2 C-10A3003403 dated 30-10-10
Discussion in details was also held with LG complaint services on 12-10-10. My tv is still unfunctional.Hope after this, the complain will be attended soon.

        My all outgoing calls reject immediately. Showing a message of call ending and failure to authorise. I think this is a call barring problem. But when i do cancel call barring seeting for all outgoing call it requires barring password. What is the barring password. ple help me.

          I purchased a LCD TV 32LD550 when I had gone on LTC to Indore where my younger brother resides. I was looking for a LCD TV for the last few months but at Agartala the latest models are not available, the available models are at least 2 years old released. While at Indore I visited the Exclusive LG showroom & I enquired the Manager if I purchase a TV from his shop then the warranty is it valid in anywhere in India & he answered "Yes". Then I purchased the TV & brought it to Agartala. After installation at my residence I found that the remote control unit is not working. Then I booked a repair request at LG's all India complain number[protected] & one service engineer from LG's Agartala office visited my home & declared that the unit is faulty & I should deposit it to local office.Then I deposited it to local office on 22nd September,2010 but till date my utmost effort did not yield any result in having it back. Several e-mails I have sent to their all India complain section but no answer, I have personally spoken to the heads of LG's Kolkata & Guwahati office bosses but they always bluffed me telling that I am going to receive it within a day or two. One & half months gone but till date not received anything. When at home I always feel that I purchased a baby who have no hands & legs, I am/was always a great fan of LG products, at this moment I am having one CRT TV, Refrigerator & a mobile set all of LG make. This incident has changed my opinion. Now, I repent for purchasing LG.

          LG TV — tv is out of order.

          several time it is said to local service centres at mobile no. [protected], but all are sleeping, either you wake up yourself or court will do it better.

          LG TV — Poor after sales service

          My LG TV is not functional from last 2 months. Inspite of repeated complaints to L
          G Customer Care, the problem is yet to be solved. My complaint number with dates are :
          W9c61004015 dated 10/06/2009, W9c61207369 dt 12/06/2009 and W9c81006156.
          So far, around 10 different technicians have examined my TV. Each technician says one or the other part is out of order, it will have to be indented, it will take a few days etc. They have replaced every part in the TV so that at present the only part of the original TV is the PVC frame. Inspite of all the replacements, my TV is still out of order. When I insisted that something be done immediately, they sent a Standby TV, which was functional till the technician was present. The minute we switched off, we were unable to switch it on again.
          The names of the Area Sales Incharge(ASI) with whom we have been in contact are
          1. Mr Manish Sawant (Mob no [protected])
          2. Mr Swapnil Salvi (Mob no [protected])
          They have stopped answering my calls. The LG call centre has promised to solve our problem within 48 hours (the clock began at 9.00 pm 19/08/2009) after I expressed my intention to go to the press with my problem.
          I am waiting for response from LG.
          In the meanwhile, help from any quarter is welcome. Thanks

          LG TV — Wrong SALE

          On the 26th of january 2010 ,

          There was a LG LCD TV 47" for 62,000 from E-Zone Mahalaxmi SOBO Central. as there is work going on in my house, i told them i would take the delivery in a few months, which the sales person agreed.
          A deposit of 15,500(fifteen thousand five hundred) has been taked against this Purchase
          Please see the attached copy

          Now , E-zone say they DONT have this LG TV. But if i pay 10,000 MORE, i would get a similar peice........

          Why should i pay More???? when i have agreed and purchased at 62,000 and paid a deposit???? is is ethical on the part of E-ZONE?????/ i have purchased from sony-mony and other shops. E-zone, is wrong by putting the BLAME on LG.

          I have lodged a service request on 18-MAY-2011 to get my TV repair done. I was ended up calling customer care number hell number of times I got same recorded like answer “To day technician will come”, lot of days gone but technician never turned up to my place. It is so ridiculous to know that my service request at customer care was updated with the reason that “NO POWER AT CUSTOMERS PLACE”, this so pathetic that I never faced power failure at home. Today I am victim of LG service and customer care people, if this is the way a world class company operates its customer care its fate of the customer  ? Before buying I was so imagined that LG is the one of the best electronics company we would get quality service across the India. 7 days competed till today no technician visited my place to fix the issue. Very poor Service ! NO SERVICE AT ALL !

          Now I have decided NOT to buy any LG products henceforth.

          LG TV — AUTO OFF

          Sir there is a problem in my tv its switching off autometicall and will not start againy. as my tv is in warranty period so plese send an engineer to my home as early as possible.

            i got meeeage in my mobile that i my phone number won 300,000 pounds in LG Int'l awards in london and they also give an email ([protected]@wduty) that i have to contact for my claims. I contact them and they send me one mail that which i hane to send my details , isend my details to them they again send me a mail which says that i have to pay them 120 pounds ie. almost 8100 indian rupees for their charges to send me the money. i want to know this mail is fake and also i loose my money please give me an answer.

              I have given complaint at Angul,Orissa. service Center of L.G and Engineer of that Service Station come to our Home to attantd the said complaint after Fifteen days. after that open the a.c cabinet and check it and remove some spare for replace and take that spare to his service station and come to our home for fitting that spare parts after one month. next recheck and fix the the new bring spare parts and told us another some parts also dead in condition. The said dead parts take his service station for replace that parts, but that time I ask him the engineer how much time required to fitting our A.C and immideatly he told me within three days.But after passing two months no respond has been found from that service station. really am harassed by L.G India Ltd.

                  I have purchased LG Washing Machine & LG double Door Regrigarator on 28th Oct 2010. Initially the engineer came at wrong addres and not on my delivery addres.. Post that i had again updated the address with your call center for Demonstration but till date i have not got a single call from technician or from the engineer. For last 2 days i am calling up call center but get only one resposive " I will try my Level Best " Is this the Level Best that am getting as a response.. Finally they gave me Aditya Services no which am trying since morning but getting response that the line is busy.. hope the reciever is not kept aside...Hope i get a demo in next 24 hours .. If this is the response for just getting a demo god knows how much followup will be needed for after sale service...

                    I have one LG GD510 mobile phone (IMEI [protected]), purchased on 09-April-2010 from M/s.Poornasree, Statue Jn, Tripunithura, Ernakulam Dist, Kerala.

                    Last month I have faced problem to its headphone/headset and I have approached M/s.Zenicon Infoway Pvt.Ltd., MG Road, Cochin-15 on 26-Oct-2010. (My mobile no registered with them is [protected]). They replaced the headset with another one immediately. Even though it looks inferior in quality and indifferent from the original equipment received along with mobile phone, I have accepted it with out any complaint. Later I found that the sound quality of the replaced one is very poor and have distortion and noise. So I am not in a position to use my handset. Today (03-Nov-2010), I again approached the service centre regarding this and asked a genuine/OEM part replacement. They expressed their inability to provide genuine part. Hence I request you to provide genuine headset replacement as equivalent to one which I had received with the mobile phone and help me to use the phone in a optimum way.

                      I have purchsed the "LG Frontloading Washing Machine 5.5 Kg F8068LDP" on 15th Oct'10 from SONOVISION.Soon after we contacted the Sales person and even log the case at Customer care(C10A2333163).

                      Since then we had regular follow up and last week service engineer Mr.Satish ([protected]).Visited and suggested to get the pipeline adjusted for the installation.
                      And will give the demo once we completed the pipeline work.

                      Today I am really surprised to know and even feel sorry for the service given for my product.When contacted Mr.Satish,He recklessly told to contact Customer care for the installation as he is busy today.Then i got to know that my case was closed without installation.Spoken with local service manager at [protected] and he is denieing that installation was not completed.Down the line I just want to know Is the installation & Demo such a big hurdle for the local service persons to travel just 2KM and get the work down.

                      LG known for the Best brand worldwide,But the service delivery is really very Poor,an unacceptable for such hipe of products where customers are left to bear the tension and without proper customer care.

                      Hope this complaint reaches the apt person and my issue is resolved.

                      I purchased a LG washing macihine F8068LDP on Nov 2nd in Pai International Vijayanagar, Bangalore. The buggers took complete amount of 19300/- saying they deliver the machine next day. Even today i.e on 13th Nov they say they are not having stock and deliver once they get the stock. They are denying to refund the amount now. Please beware of these people who cheat customers like this. Never ever purchase any items from PAI.

                          I have purchased 1 tonne 2 star AC on April 2010 at Rathna Stores, Rasappa street, T.Nagar, Chennai 17 and installed my house. 3 months before the front air flow blade is not worked and AC got heavy noise. I have called your service centre and rectified the noise and the blade is not wored and your service centre service engineer has told the blade will be changed. Some 15 days back he has brought one blade and finally he said the size is not suitable and bring some other blade. But so far no body has come and I have serveral time phoned blade is not have stock and some time they are not attend the phone call. Last week I phoned your service cenrre if you are not rectifive and change the blade. I will return the same to shop and return the money. because it is purchased 7 months back.                           I request you to kindly arrange to rectify my AC immediately and advise your service engineers to sovlve the problem. What for AC purchased ? It is not for show. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful action urgely.

                            LG/mobile phone-KP500 — getting off no of time automatically

                            I have purchased Mobile(KP500) from Nagpur (M/s Vedoms) on 18/2/09. Within this time period, I faced the phone used to get switched off automatically. At that time the ON buttom also does not help to make it ON. I have to necessarily remove the battery and refix it to make it ON again. I approached to M/s Vedom for this . They checked the memory cad for any virus. Nothing was found. So they send it to the service centre in Nagpur. After five days I got the phone back stating that there was soft ware problem and the same has been attended.
                            My question is how a soft ware problem can crop up with a brad new phone? WHether there is any cronic problem with this model and LG is trying to resolve the same. What should I do in case same problem apprears?

                              I purchased 32 inch LG LCD TV as well as LG refrigerator and LG Washing machine last year on 21 Sept 2009 from S K Vision Vapi, Gujarat and exactly after one year screen of LCD stopped working. I purchased the LG LCD at a cost of 36,500 Rs on 21 Sept 2009 & delivered to my home on 24th Sept 2009. Exactly after one year of it's purchase on 24 Sept 2010 It's display stopped working. At the time of purchase, it was told that it's a quality product and nothing will happen to the product for years. On 24th sept, 2010 i logged a complaint at Vapi LG Service center and i was told that cost to repair the screen is 13,000Rs to install new display. It means that it's a inferior quality product and technology is not good and the company has to reimburse for it as it's not cutomer's fault...it's a quality issue and needs to investigated and impact assessment to be done. I keeping trust in LG brand, purchased but now i've lost trust in this brand as company is not going to help me and even after 2 months of complaint, i am not getting any satisfactory answer from the company. In future neither I am not going to purchase any of LG products, even if it is available free of cost nor I would suggest anybody to buy LG product. My LCD is still lying with service center since last two months as i am not able to pay this much of huge amount to repair within one year of it's purchase, rather i would prefer to buy any low cost TV of any good brand.



                              I am going to put this in all social networking sites so that people would be aware of quality about LGproducts.

                              From now onwards my caption on all social networking site will "THINK 1000 TIMES BEFORE PURCHASING LG PRODUCTS"

                                My machine is not working properly thats why i register my complaint in LG electronic customer care center through phone and they registered my complaint with the complaint number but nobody receive my complaint till today.
                                I want to register a complaint against LG electronics India Pvt Ltd company because I am getting frustrated from the customer care services. LG electronics India Pvt. Ltd company is giving very poor service to his customers after sales and its very necessary that urgently some action should be taken against them because they are trying to make people fool .

                                  Hi,
                                  I have bought LG Front Load washing machine on 6th April,2010 having capacity of 5.5kg. Washing machine is taking 3hours 15 minutes to wash clothes but as we confirmed from LG showrooms, it should take 45 minutes. Maximum wash tome should be 1 hour. We have registered so many complaints through customer care but didn't get any response.

                                  I have registered total 6 complaints regarding the same. 5 complaints were not responded at all. LG service engineer came home on the requisition of 6th compalint. He just struck that washing machine is working perfectly. There is no issue.

                                  So I am really in a pain after taking this product.

                                  Could you please cooperate in resolving this issue?

                                  We bought a LG Modle WM2016CW about four years ago it always took too long to wash and clothing did not get clean. About two weeks ago the inner drum locked up. I did some research on line and determined that the inner drum support had failed. The repair would cost as much as a new upright. We bought a new Maytag upright. I can do mechanical and electric work I took the LG apart to see for myself sure enough the inner drum support had shattered it was made of cheap pot metal.
                                  Do not consider buying one. I salvaged the motor and other useable parts if anyone can use them contact me Email [protected]@embarqmail.com

                                        We had Purchased Microwave Convection (808 WAR) from your company on date- 19/10/2006 and S/ N is 610ABNU004359.
                                        We had called your service manager for repairing the product on 28/09/2010 but he told that it can not be repair because company has stoped making product and spare part.
                                        As we had purchased this product just before 4 years, we dont feel that you can stop making spare part of that and if it has done then you have to replace the product and provide us a new product.
