          Bought refrigerator in the month of April 2021, it is not working properly. Water is flowing from Deep fridge. Technician came & gave the resolution that i need to defrost the refrigerator daily. I think this is not the exact solution. Please send immediately a senior Engineer or replace the refrigerator as it is defective. Please do it urgently or else i will go to consumer forum

            I am from Vijayawada..I have 3 LG Air conditioners.. one is not working which us bought just on January 2021.. and one installation has to be done.. I am trying to register complaint/service to customer care from last 3 weeks.. they are saying it is lockdown time and no service available.. but new products they are selling n installations going on..

            For selling no lockdown applies.. for service only lockdown applies.. from 3 weeks we are notable to sleep properly due to suffocation..

                      Respected sir,
                      Many times i have called lg customer care butno response was given on call. finally i am complaining here and hope for a response here. i purched two producuts from lg store from ambala and i was told that there is cashback offer of 6000 to 8000 was going if you purchased the items. i swiped my card i was told to wait for 3 months and i will recieve it but no amount of cashback was recieved.
                      i want to complain about this concern and hpe for a reply from your side. To make this issue easy to understand I have attached bill, transaction slip, and account statement oh novemeber 2020 to 31 may 2021.

                        Hi im tanzeel ali mohammed. i bought new lg double door refrigerator cost of 29000/- on date: 16/04/2019. fridge have 10 years warranty for the compressor and full comprehensive warranty also. i was having problem with my door fridge and placed a service request and service executive reached home and after some time got a call that i m getting door replaced. but still since 4 months they didnot replaced my fridge door. done many calls and messages to manager ( gorge reddy [protected])but no responce. sometimes they will pickup call and tell me that they will replace but they wont. im attaching all the required documents with the complaint. thanks in advance. i hope u understand my problem and takes serious action regards service center of lg nalgonda. feel free to contact me :[protected]

                          To buy LG AC order, I went to Iqbal Radios at Main Bazar, Guru Har Sahai, Punjab
                          Payment was to be made via Credit Card
                          I gave the credit card to dealer for one time payment but the emi was generated.
                          I gave him the authorization to do one time payment but he used the card for emi generation.
                          The shopkeeper said the AC's price is ₹40, 500. He will make a payment of ₹41, 500 because ₹1000 are swipe charges but that swipe charges will be refunded. After that 5% of ₹41, 500 will be returned as cashback by deducting it from ₹40, 500. ₹40, 500 - ₹2075 = ₹38, 425. The AC would cost me ₹38, 425.
                          These discounts are available only on emi however he gave me no information about that. He said you will get discounts if you make payment via Credit Card. He too have not acquired my consent for generation of emi. I came to know once it was generated. After generation of emi, I asked the reason for the same. He told not to worry as the AC would still cost me ₹38, 425 as all the discounts will come out from ₹41, 500 but I was not happy with emi. I had to leave as I was in hurry. When returned home, I read the transaction slip from which I came to know that he lied and there is interest of 13% on emi and that interest can be refunded and the swipe charges will not be refunded. As per the slip, The AC is costing me ₹39, 423.17 ( with emi ) contrary to his claim of ₹38, 425. Without emi, it is costing me even more than ₹39, 423.17
                          I have requested repeatedly after that to cancel the order or cancel the transaction but he is refusing to do so. As the transaction is a fraud and the consent was not obtained, for that reason, I am requesting you to cancel the order or contact the dealer to cancel my order.
                          Transaction was done on 12 June at about 8:46 PM. I have requested the dealer to cancel my order at about 9:00 AM on June 13. Since then, I am repeatedly asking him to do so.

                          After seeing no one coming to my help, i got the AC delivered on 17 April and installed on 19 April.
                          LG Customer Care was contacted. But they said that they cant help as the AC is bought from dealer not LG

                            To the Pai International Team,
                            I SHIVALINGE GOWDA S K purchased HP Laptop for my daughter education purpose and recently she started using AutoCAD and Revit and we found that the processing is taking too much time and sometimes it hangs up, the we checked for the display adapter details and we notice that it has got only Intel UHD graphics of 128MB and not dedicated nVIDIA. We request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

                            We tried to upload the photos but it says the file is too large n we could not upload any photos for your reference.

                              I applied for AMC on 23/04/2021 and paid the amount of Rs 5600 in cash and received the receipt as that my AMC started from 23rd April 2021 and valid till 2022 but till today ie 13 th June 2021, they had not been repaired or serviced my water purifier.

                                Condenser coil leakage in just 1.5 year, due to Aluminium coil , in LG Split AC

                                I bought a 3 star Dual Inverter LG Split AC in 2017. Withing six months the motor of the outdoor unit stopped working intermittently. Then there was this gas leakage problem, due to the Aluminium coil twice, within a span of 1 year. I have already spent twice on Gas refill & I am not prepared to spoil my money on this AC anymore. If there were problems with Aluminium coil, then why the LG guys still continued with Aluminium in ACs. They should...

                                I have purchased a LG LED Tv model no 49LJ617T Circuit City, Chandmari Guwahati on 28.12.2018 for Rs.54900/- but from past few days the picture colour is not proper and display picture of bluish and sometimes pinkish colour .                                   1. The purchase was done on 25 Mar and the installation was done in 26 March. The installation was wrongly done by the installation person and that caused a major damage in the oven.

                                  2. Since the day of wrong installation of this product on 26 March 2021, we raised up the complaint, well within 2 days of installation. A series of emails and phone calls were exchanged. Many technicians had visited us time and again, during the COVID pandemic, causing us lots of mental agony and harassment, as senior citizens.

                                  3. We were told by the technicians that there were genuine defects in the LG microwave oven and they assured us for the replacement. But the actions were delayed by the company.

                                  4. After the last visit of Mr Manish on 02 June 2021, he opened up the entire microwave oven, moved various parts with his hands, clicked pictures and confirmed that the replacement has to be done, after seeing the defects caused by the installation person, during installation.

                                  5. After the above mentioned visit of Mr Manish (wherein he opened up the entire microwave oven), more problems started arising in the oven.

                                  6. The company kept on buying time and now the replacement has been reduced, stating the delay caused (by the company itself).

                                  THIS IS AN ACT OF CHEATING THE CUSTOMER

                                    We bought a new refrigerator 3 years ago and now its not cooling and also not able to make ice.
                                    We register a complaint in LG and a representative came to us and giving a silly reason that gas is choked and we have to pay rupees 2300 to refill the gas again.

                                    My question is what is a product quality here?
                                    What is the meaning of "gas is choked"? and why this has happened.
                                    Why we need to pay again rupees 2300 just after the 3 years of buying this product.
