I use your LG mobile since 25/01/2009 . Its model No. is LG RD 6600 and its serial no. is 806cycv0122507. Now I suffering problem with LG last four month regarding your services and also your product. In the Rajkot nobody your authorized services center gave me a satisfactory reply regarding your product. I have problem in mobile Keypad. already two times I have been submit my mobile for repair in “ROOPANG INFOCARE” service center who authorized by LG. Center Code is IN018473-CM00592. its postal address is 4-sararnagar(w) “vinod niwas” Nr.Astron Cinema B/W, Kansagra Hostel, Rajkot 360001 Ph. No. +[protected].

Already I gave my mobile two times above your authorized service center and their receipts No. are R[protected] & R[protected] Customer information no are 32114 and 33775.

This service center contact person is Mrs.Amee, she told me that this is a company fault so we are not ready to rapier this type of problem next time.



Now I tired with your services so give me a satisfactory reply for the same.

I need either case back or replace the mobile.

After two days from today I am going for legally producer for the same. Also I am going in “GRAHAK SURAKSHA”.

Bought the kp500 lg mobile on the 1st of the 10th 2009. It now does not turn on after 3 months of purchasing this product. very very unhappy. LG company very unhelpful.

I bought a new LG KP500 (cookie) on 18-july-09. When i bought this mobile it was workng fine. I kept the mobile for charging( same day )as mentioned in the mannual. So for that i switched off the phone and kept for charging.After that the mobile is not switching ON. Once it displayed LG screen and turned off.

This is fake email. All these spam mails have to be ignored. These guys will ask u for transaction costs. these mails r sent with the help of the banks in Africa. U mght get to talk to the real manager of these banks too, They will ask u for a small amount initially. Then a little big amount, and then a big amount like Rs3 lakhs. I[censored] pay the first two installments, you will tend to pay the third one too. They will call you to an airport and u will see that u were in a trap. Believe me there is no way for easy money. I received an email stating that I had won GBP 950,000.00 through LG Promo 2009. I assume it is a scam, like all other International Lottery Scams. Try sending them an email to verify the authenticity of their email, and their email is redirected back to you. For anyone else who reads this, please do not give them your personal details. Instead give them your Solicitor's details. Usually by then, you never hear back from these Scammers. From what I've heard about these International Lottery Scams, the Scammer is about Identity Theft! Be safe, and take care!

I am sure it is one of those Ponzi Scheme which are organised by Fly -by nite people. Please do not pay any charges.
