Hi,
I placed LG G8X mobile on lg website, it was in stock first. once the payment is done, amount is deducted but order is not placed. I have seen the message in website that " Your order is not placed due to out of stock. deducted money would be refunded" . This happened on Nov 3rd 2020, till now i didnt get any confirmation message from LG that money refund is initiated or nothing. It is also not reflecting in LG website. Amount deducted is 21, 151 rupees. Lg customer care sucks, no one resonds properly. Please help. email id is [protected]@gmail.com
