My split ac as mentioned above have no enough cooling and complainted to the customer care on 5th of this month and the complaint no is RNA[protected] dt 5/1/16 nobody is attended to rectify the problem even I called to the customer service continously
That is considering a careless from the responsible officials or the assined agencies for to attend
I have warranty extended up to 4 years which is not completed
kindly direct the concerned to rectify the problems without further delay take this as the matter urgent

Jan 13, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved service personels authorised by LG have checked and found the complaint They were taken the pphotocopy of the purchase bill and the warranty card for that AC and they informed as the company approves the warranty then they will come for repair service Today I called them and informed that they are forwarded the warranty card to LG personnels when they approve the warranty they will come for repair service I am waiting their response
