- purchased a LED TV apr 2013
- no picture, only sound aug 2014
- 1st call to customer care Aug last weak
- received 1st msg from LG- on 22/9/14
" RNA[protected], in process ( reason : parts have been ordered to LG BRN/HO action)"
- main board replaced, paid more than 3000 INR,
- TV was functional for one day
- visiting tech was called, waited for 15 days
- no action taken
- called customer care again
- "RNA[protected]" on 21 oct 2014"
- tech visited and we were told, main board or power board will be replaced
- 28 oct 2014, received 2nd msg from LG- " parts have been ordered"
- waited for one month
- called again on 28/11/2014
- tech visited after few days, with out- "parts" and again we were told, "part needs to be replaced"
- never came back
- called again on 11/12/2014
- VOC was raised, Phone no of Mr Manojeet was given
- called Mr manojeet, just talking no work
- called again on 13/12/2014
- Again RNA[protected] was given
- Phone no of Mr Pinaki was given, just talking no work
- called again 0n 16/12/2014
- I wanted to know the phone no or e add of Mr Manager, responsible for repair
- they only have Phone no of Mr Manojeet, Pinaki.
- they are only giving RNA and raising VOC.
- Now- 03 months, 03 RNA, All support of Mr Manojeet and Mr Pinaki...
