LG Electronics — lg led tv 32le5500 - motherboard not available for replacement

Hi,

I have lg led tv model 32le5500. It was bought in 2011.
Recently it had problem that there was no display. I complained to lg service center and they visited at home. They informed me that the mainboard of my tv is at fault and has to be replaced cost approx 7-8k. The service guy informed me that he'll go to his office and raise for this spare part and will inform me.

The service guy later called me and informed that this spare part is no longer available with lg and therefore the complaint was closed. The complaint number of my request is rnp[protected].

How can lg stop the supply of the spare parts within 5 years of product cycle? I'm not sure what to do with my 45k+ worth of led tv.

I'm shocked at this response from a reputed company and noticed that a lot of other customers have also faced the same issue.
