LG Electronics — LG split ac installation problem | |||
Hi Bought LG split ac and extended warranty Sno.- 302PAMH051787, paid 2700 for the extended warranty. We had recently shifted to a new house and so called LG customer care for installation, after installation is done got an sms from LG saying that didnt do the installation and hence closing the call. How did they knew that someone else came for the installation ? and why will i call someone outside when i paid 2700 for extended warranty? Someone from LG is misusing the companys name. They are sending their friends for fast money. the mistake i did was i didnt ask for the bill.I have 3 LG products and forst time i am facing this problem. I have samsung ac as well and had never any problem. My cousin has reliance ac, he bought for 20 k 3 years back and still runing fine without any problems. i am paying the price going behind brand name and wasting time and money. Now my ac is leaking and LG service engineer says it is installation problem he s not responsible.Please look into this matter seriously. Was this information helpful? | |||
