[Resolved]  LG Electronics — LG water purifier servicing

I have paid 5310 towards the AMC service for my LG water purifier on 05-Jul-2021. The warranty period have been started from 6th july 2021 to 5thjuly 2022, without even fixing the issue. They have taken the payment upfront and havn't repaired the purifier till date. Its been 23days and they are giving diff reasons everyday and not fixing the issue. They are cheating customers, our hard earned money is taken from LG and without even fixing the issue how can they start their warrany from the said date.
I would require immediate fix from LG and also extend the warranty from the day they replace the filters, if not they should pay my money back with the additional loss occurred to me towards buying water from outside.
