Hello Concerned person,
I am writing to you to express my disappointment with the quality of service I have received from your company. I purchased an LG AC on March 1st, and the installation was done on March 2nd. However, on April 12th, I noticed that the AC is not cooling as effectively as it used to, and the cooling power has significantly reduced.
I immediately raised a complaint on the same day to LG customer support number ([protected]), and I was told that the engineering team would resolve the issue within 24 hours. Unfortunately, it has now been THREE days, and I am yet to receive any update or a call from your team regarding the issue.
This delay has caused me immense frustration and disappointment. I made the purchase of an LG AC, thinking that it would be a reliable product, but the current situation has made me regret my decision. I need this issue to be resolved immediately as I cannot afford to go without an AC during this scorching summer season.
I would appreciate it if you could escalate this matter to the relevant team and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I am expecting an immediate response from your side with the details of when this issue will be resolved.
