LG Electronics — Nexus 5x bootloop issue | |||||
My lg nexus 5x has become unusable due to boot loop hardware issue. I had submitted it to lg service center (Plot no 36, rama road moti nagar industrial area) for repair. They kept on saying that it is a software issue and kept the phone with them for over a week and were not able to fix it. They are not even acknowledging that this is a hardware issue, which i easily found after few google searches. Also in my case it is clearly a hardware issue as the phone works absolutely fine if i cool it down, but goes in boot loop as soon as it warms up. It is very disappointing that despite knowing the problem is with there motherboard, lg in not even informing there own service centers about the issue and how to resolve them. We put 3 customer complaint & still its not resolved.
Device is under warranty and we are waiting for lg repair service since last 2 months.
Very very bad service from lg and their supporting teams.
Kindly please help us
