LG Electronics — No good response was given

I had purchased a TV 2years ago. 55 inch uhd which costs 75000, now it has started showing purple patches on screen. When I called service center, technical representative came and said that led strips are damaged which has to be changed it costs 10000.just to tell this 300 rupees was charged. Ridiculous part is that new led strips have warranty of 5 months only. Clearly I can't spend 10000 on it every year. I went online and researched on this. Many users have the same issue even after changing strips issue reoccurs after a year.
When I contacted "unilet" the outlet where I bought the TV from. No good response was given.
