[Resolved] LG Electronics — Pathetic service from customer care | |||||
My nexus 5x is facing the boot loop issue and the phone is dead Since the phone is under warranty period i can claim the replacement. My warranty is getting expired in may I have contacted n times the toll free number and they always says the mobile department is unavailable and we will call you back. Till now no one has reached out to me I have sent email to the customer support team regarding the same and they asked me to get in touch with local service centers who in turn told that we only undertake repairing and we can not do anything on the replacement The phone has been used not even for 1 year and it is not working and there is no response from the lg team also. I have wasted my 28k bucks buying a low class product I will never recommend an lg product to anyone and am also marking my comment in "amazon" from where i have bought this phone.
