I have placed my order for LG Fully Automatic washing Machine model no. TX310NWO ONYX 10 KG on 23 Jun 2026 at Vijay Sales outlet (Model Town III). I received machine on 24 Jun 2026.
However, on opening package by LG representative it was found that washing machine was damaged. Photographs taken by LG representatives are attached.
I had approached Mr Shivam (Manager Vijay Sales Model Town III) for the above issue and he has assured me to exchange new washing machine by 28 Jun 2026.
But I had receive call from Mr Akash today evening that other 2 washing machine available in warehouse inventory are also damaged and new machine will be replaced by 29 Jun 2026.
It is pertinent to mention that this whole issue has made me doubt the quality of replacement washing machine I will be receiving from Vijay sales. How is it possible that 3 washing machine of same model are damaged and kept at your warehouse.
I would request Regional Head Vijay Sales Delhi NCR to personally look into this matter by providing me replacement with good condition Washing machine post complete check by your representative by 29 Jun 2026.
