[Resolved] LG Electronics — Refrigerator problem not solved

Hi sir as we have brought refrigerator on month of April and the door got loosened so we complained about it the svc engineer came on month of July 3rd and repaired but the repair was not satisfied because door is not closing properly so we complained again on 23 July and the same engineer came and repaired and at last the engineer said that you have to close the door as the door will not close automatically and we complained about that there is no ice formation as the water droplets are formed always and the cooling is low the engineer checked and said there is nothing wrong but still we have door problem and cooling problems as we keep the vegetables it got spoiled within two days and I have some attachments so you can understand the problems clearly
So pls consider my request and pls if possible pls REPLACE MY REFRIGERATOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Updated by srini.350 This complains no yet closed still now .Service center say u repeated complaint if problem closed means why I complaint ?.lg is not response user very well.service eng come and go but my problem till now cleared ..service engineer say customer something and give report something.I said to eng put the call in obdevertion.but the service center when service eng come home the call closed .But eng not do anything in my home...
