LG Electronics — Split AC

I purchased an LG AC; the bill specifies a one-year warranty on the product, a five-year warranty on the PCB, and a ten-year warranty on the compressor, including gas charging. Recently, the AC stopped cooling, so I contacted customer care. Two days later, a service engineer arrived and stated that the unit was out of gas and needed a refill, estimating a total cost of over 4, 000 rupees. I showed them the bill, pointing out that gas charging was covered under the warranty, but this led to a dispute. I eventually escalated the matter to LG customer care, yet they also insisted that I had to pay for the gas charging; that is why I have come here to lodge a complaint.
