LG Electronics — Technician giving overcharged estimate

On 20th this service was booked rnp[protected] and mr dubey visited [protected], he then gave estimate of service 24028, breakup amc 18880, gas 3850, visit charge 1298, and compressor will get replaced from warranty. when i said i dont required amc then he got annoyed and refused to do the work and went away after collecting visit charge. then i again booked and on 21st mr usuf [protected] came and before checking fridge he called mr dubey, and then after checking he said compressor, pcb both are not working. just tell me how this happened, it just an intention of over charge from customer to earn more incentive. as i got information that they will get flat 5% in salary on the invoice amount. is this the way lg caring about their customer, is this building relationship. currently my problem is not solved and no one is listening to my request.
