[Resolved] LG Electronics — washing machine motor

I was purchased washing machine of lg front loading in year 2011 and company assures me for satisfaction of product and 10 year guarantee of motor. But now last 2-3months our machine is not working and technician cheque the machine and advised for change the motor which is under guranty.. But unfortunately the bill of machine is not traceable and technician demands bill for exchange the motor. It is worth mentioning that date of manufacturing is embedded on washing machine is 2011 but technician linger on the matter with false excuses... If date of manufacturing is embedded 2011 that's means machine under guarantee. There is no need of purchase bill. Its my humble request to pls send technician and exchange the motor otherwise i filed a consumer complaint against lg..
