LG India Ltd — LG Split Ac service which is in AMC

Complaint was raised to LG customer care[protected] for servicing of 2 ton split a/c which is in AMC on 18th Sep 2015 . COMPLAINT NO.[protected] . 19th Sep 2015 did a follow up as there was no response from LG. Customer care person confirmed that he will raise the complaint as high priority and I will be receiving the call shortly from technical person but there was no response. Again on 21st early morning 7.30 Am called customers care to remind about complaint again there was same responce from customer care stating technitian will call and also gave me local contact number i.e [protected]. They asked me to call after 11 Am. When called the above number there was no response tried to reaching till evening. In the mean time again called customer care and they again confirmed me that the technician will be calling or will visit with in 2 hrs. After 2 hrs again i called customer care again there was same responce stating technitian will be calling with in 2 hrs and the complaint has already raised as high priority.As there was no responce email was send to http://www.lg.com/in/escalation-online-support. There was no mail responce . As the weather here is horrible and as its a commercial space and there is no much ventilation employees were not able to work with out ac. This was mentioned when the complaint was raised. So finally on 21st Sep 2015 evening we decided to get it repaired with the local vendor. They said there is gas lekage and they took the out door unit.The invioce for the same has been attached. 22nd Set 2015 Lg technitian call and come at 2 Pm . When explained about our proble and isuues they said they are not at all awair. They I asked the to refund the amount as its in AMC and as its LG Customercares fault. So reply from the TL who can to solve the problem was Why couldnt you waited ? Why is that you have given it for local technitial inspite of having AMC? they are visiting and after so much of followup they are coming on 5th day and they are asking us to wait for them which makes no sence. 4 Persons came and they just said sorry and they again started saying the same (you should not have given to local vendor) and there was no regrets
