I bought an lg 284ltr double-door refrigerator (1302rgfl) from fair vision show room bhandup west on (22nd may 2017) vide invoice no (In[protected], n problem get started on like after 10 days first toh it was not giving proper cooling den i complained to fairvision dey sent teqhnician to chck he did something n after dat it was working properly den after 15 days again got same issue. But swear i regret to say that it is not giving satisfactory service. Its cooling system is not as effective as it should be. Teqhnician visited 4 times. They all told same issue that their is some part defect we need to change. No service was provided us since when bought. And also the thing is y should i change part in new frgd. Dnt want any part of change we need replacement. I toh regret why i went to der store n for lg brand. U should band there store license der r sitting der n cheating with people. Hope you will help me for the issue
You knw in frigde all stuff gets iced n we cant even use them.
Therefore, i would request you to start immediate procedure for replacement of rfgtr. You send your representative to see he himself check n told dat der is some deffective part we need to repair we r not insane to repair new refrigerator.
