Liberty Shoes — about sole of windsor model deteriorated

Sir i have brought windsor model as standby shoes. About. Two year back. I used occasionally as i am senior citizen.
I found that sole rubber is deteriorated. I have been using this model for long time and never had such complain. Infact i had always replaced in good condition as i was tired o[censored]sing old shoes. I bought this from vapi gujarat liberty shop.

I baught sports walking shoes without lace for office use in RS.1600/-, but I can't walk on tiles due to it's noise, chau chau. Is any way to resolve it, so I can wear it without sounding effects . This noise coming only on Kota stone and floor tiles
