Liberty Shoes — big shoe laces

I purchased sports shoes from your show room in arekere signal, bangalore. But shoe laces are big. Iam daily going for zim because of big shoe lace, i unable to do zim properly. Please change my shoe lace. When i am doing running and zim activities i am facing problem. So please try to solve my issue. I hope you will resolve this. If any information required please ask me.
