Dear Sir/Mam
This is to inform you that i had purchased your the slipper from Liberty Exclusive Showroom, 50 Gole Bazar Gandi Chawk, Sri Ganganager (Raj) on 6th June 2016. Material no.[protected], Aricle name - LP1244, Brand Senorita, Colour Black, Patrn PUCFB, size 36 of Rs. 1310. But i am sorry to say that i could not even use for one month. in July 3rd the finger holder is broke. At present i am staying in Patna and its a new place for me and i was searching the place and i have not enough time to go out . so kindly do the needful. i will be grateful to you

LIBERTY SHOES is worst company. IT IS FOOLING CUSTOMERS, My money has been wasted many times. No more same quality as 10 years ago. I think thy sell CHINA made shoes. This company is using v cheap raw material for sure thats why shoes are breaking in 1-2 uses only. Don't buy again.

Very Rude Store staff, Also no customer service number works...no body answers in KUTAIL/KARNAL number and in email no one answers.

They are looking for innocent customers like us to STEAL OUR HARD EARNED MONEY...
