Hello sir, my problem is that customer care has stopped my complaint without proper resolution of my complaint. Please help me in this regard. Sir, i had a pair of shoes for liberty exclusive showroom, uniasia international, patankar chourah, gwalior, madhya pradesh from 4th september 2017, whose brand name is - force-10, article name hk001 and billno.1273! The problem is that these shoes have been only 15days used and its surface has started cracking and sole rubber damaged. But due to shopkeeper lack of response, we have started to feel weak, and in the same way i am feeling financially cheated while liberty is an honest and trustworthy brand, So please help me to replace my shoes! Within six seven months o[censored]sage both sandals developed centre crack at the bottom of Sol..the bill of purchase is not available.. However purchased from liberty showroom in V3S mall Laxmi Nagar Delhi.. A cracked Sol is not expected from house of liberty... My mobile no is [protected]..
