Liberty Shoes — Defective and substandard sandals sold

I purchased a coolers lpc-2 material code no.[protected]. From liberty shoes ltd.
Shop no.6go 38 shree ram road
Ameenabad, lucknow on[protected]
The said article within 7 days from the date of its purchase was having manufacturing defect and was found to b of poor quality because of which i made a contact on the store from where i purchased the article to get it rectified and on 23-4-17 the staff handed a new pair of sandals to me.
That said new pair of sandals is again having same manufacturing defect and it appears to b of sub standard and when i made a request to the concerned local staff to again replace it then the said staff behave rudely and said it can't b replaced and have to b sent to the company for repairing for 15 days
That ur company has a great reputation and ur product s have great quality but such type of incidents and bad behaviour lowers down the reputation of liberty co.
Kindly take necessary action within 7 days so that as a customer i may retain my trust in your company and your products or else i have to make complaint of this incident to the consumer redressal forum.
