I brought a shoes in 22p0 rs, but shoes got damage just in some days inner white shiel . When I went to the exclusive store, they was in no mood to listen . The both quality and service was pathetic . Attitude of shop attendant was very rude, he was in mood to not listening anything . I mean after spending a good of amount, if get this kind of quality and services . I want an answer ...

Updated by Parmjeet Nain Hi sir i am parmjeet nain [protected] is my mobile no . i bough shoes some days ago and shoes are defected inner all white shol clothe are burst or defected who see inner so i request please change my shoes that is harmful for me i am not comfortable please solve my problem i also visit liberty showroom they talk me come after 7 day and that is big problem ever custmor after defect ni shoes company don't change shoes easly

LIBERTY SHOES is worst company. IT IS FOOLING CUSTOMERS, My money has been wasted many times. No more same quality as 10 years ago. I think thy sell CHINA made shoes. This company is using v cheap raw material for sure thats why shoes are breaking in 1-2 uses only. Don't buy again.

Very Rude Store staff, Also no customer service number works...no body answers in KUTAIL/KARNAL number and in email no one answers.

They are looking for innocent customers like us to STEAL OUR HARD EARNED MONEY...
