I did online purchase for 5 pairs of shoes on my invoice number [protected]. On 7 august 2017. Delivered to kochi kerala on 16 august 2017. One pair of size # 6 gliders was defective. Both the shoes were for the left foot.. I am attaching a photo below. Can you send me the shoe for the right foot along with the new order.? I called your office many times and sent emails many times,. Sometimes they pick up but dont even give an answer properly.
