Liberty Shoes — fraudulent practices at stores

I have bought a sandel from the store and i was asked to pay extra rupee 10 for the carry bag and when i refused to pay for the same then the shopkeeper has added my balance returning amount in the bill as carry bag charges and denied me of carry bag also. Please look into such fraud practices as soon as possible. I am attaching copy of my bill along with product price and detail tag. Thank you..
