Liberty Shoes — Glider shoe broken before one month of purchase

I have purchased glider shoe @ liberty showroom @ sunkadkatte, magadi main road, Bangalore, Karnataka, but the shoe got broken before one month I gave for service, after service it's again broken again I gave for service now again it's getting broken, I spoke to retailer to exchange the product but he does not agree, pls find the attached pic for your reference, I tried toll free number:[protected] but I am getting number is not valid on the website there are many numbers but no one is valid, in this regards I complained to their customer care ID but they have not taken action yet. Please find the mail details in the pic

LIBERTY SHOES is worst company. IT IS FOOLING CUSTOMERS, My money has been wasted many times. No more same quality as 10 years ago. I think thy sell CHINA made shoes. This company is using v cheap raw material for sure thats why shoes are breaking in 1-2 uses only. Don't buy again.

Very Rude Store staff, Also no customer service number works...no body answers in KUTAIL/KARNAL number and in email no one answers.
