I ordered for 3 pairs of shoes/sandals with Liberty on Dec 13th 2014, i received only 2 items after 10 days, When i called up and asked Arvind (he is the one man army attending to all Liberty online customer service calls!!!), I was told that the item is not available and that the money will be refunded in 3-4 days. I waited for a week but the money is not refunded still. When i called again he said that he will deliver the product, but i told him that since he didnt deliver the product as promised earlier, i bought the shoes from a Liberty retail store nearby and that i want the money to be refunded. He said that he will send the cheque for 349 Rs. in 3-4 days, but i have not received still. I have sent him many mails, but i have not received any response.
Since Liberty doesnt have any toll free number, I have to make STD calls from Chennai everytime i have to talk to him, and spent more than 100Rs for the calls already. Someone picks up the call and puts it on hold for a very long time before he attends it!
Can someone suggest how i can get the money refunded back to me??
