Dear Sir We bought - Liberty Ladies sandals - article # GI-YQT10 on 11th March - vide Invoice # 7628 . (copy not available) . It was bought from Gurgaon Liberty Showroom . The price of product - Rs. 2499.00 The sole of the sandals cracked from 2-3 places - pics attached . Would like to file complaint - as being priced at Rs. 2499.00 and product of Liberty Shoes - the bad quality was not expected .
