Liberty Shoes — Liberty shoes sole developed deep and big cracked

Dear sir,

I have been buying liberty shoes from several years but this time I purchased liberty shoes on 28.08.2023 and today is 22.11.2023 my shoe sole has developed big & deep cracks and is not in wearable conditions.

I purchased Liberty Fortune UVL-33 Formal Lacing Shoe for Men
(Brown_10) | B09XL7YNSG ( B09XL7YNSG ) HSN:64041190 from amazon.in (2nd line item in the invoice)

I have attached the images of both damaged left and right shoes sole and invoice for reference.

It is requested to kindly replace my shoes as the cracked sole has made it unwearable.

They are not responding to my queries and the complaint and knowingly delaying the process of claiming warranty by not providing sought information.

I would be forced to file complaint in consumer court.
