Liberty Shoes — liberty two pair children shoes sole damage and front side broken

I shiv kumar singh from udhampur (J & k). I fully faith of liberty company. That reason i purchased 2 (Two) pair children liberty shoes invoice no[protected] dt 15/07/2020 (Both hsn code - 640219, article lic - 102, colour - pink & yellow, rate - 1, 299 + 1, 299= 2, 598/- rs). The current condition sole of shoes is damage and front side is teared. The covid-19 pandemic children restrictions for play. They only walking. The guarantee of shoes is 02 (Two) months. When i reached to showroom on 07/08/2020. Showroom fellows suggest write to complaint to company. For any query pl contact [protected]. Please take action for my complaint at the earliest.
