Sir, I bought this shoe from Liberty Shoes LTD, Civil lines, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh-211001, Tin -[protected]V, on 02 December 2016.Today I saw heel rubber of a shoe became into a piece.Instantly I went to the Shop with complaint bt It not resolved my issue.So I Request You please exchange my shoe otherwise I wil take legal action or go to consumer forum.

I was purchased the shoe in December 2016 from liberty showroom in Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi-110032. That shoe is defected and their stiching is in very bad condition. showroom employee does not change that shoe. So please register my complaint and please take nesseccary action. I want that shoe for replacement.

LIBERTY SHOES is worst company. IT IS FOOLING CUSTOMERS, My money has been wasted many times. No more same quality as 10 years ago. I think thy sell CHINA made shoes. This company is using v cheap raw material for sure thats why shoes are breaking in 1-2 uses only. Don't buy again.

Very Rude Store staff, Also no customer service number works...no body answers in KUTAIL/KARNAL number and in email no one answers.

They are looking for innocent customers like us to STEAL OUR HARD EARNED MONEY...
