Liberty Shoes — my shoes upper part is cracking

I had bought my shoes in the month of june. Its getting mostly 3 months from which date im using it. But its cracking from eveywhere except sole. Its looking vry bad even im not wearing tht much bad its looking. So now tell what should i do i bought it at the cost of 2300 near about. But the shoe is of very poor quality. Is there is any process to change or exchange or refund my mean to say that can u help me buy any how.
