Respected sir,
I had ordered a shoes online from your good company vide order no.#[protected] on dated 19.10.2018 which assumed to reach at me, but very sadly i want to say that it has not delivered yet.

So now i want to know that does the order number is correct or a feck one or any other problem in that. Please be kind enough to comply with the same matter.

I purchased a pair of shoes 2 months ago of rs 3500 now they got damaged so i want u to replace my pairs of shoes with new one as it was in guarantee period their sholes get separated from shoes now the pair of shoes has no use as per the 3 month guarantee period i eligible to complaint and ask for replacement
