Hello, I'm very disappointed with Liberty's quality and service also. I had bought one Sandel worth Rs.999/- on 27th February from Jhumri Tilaya, Kodarma, Jharkhand brunch. In this lockdown, I hardly wear it to get outside .within 5 months the right pair of soles came our and the finger inserting belt also got came out from the shoe. Is this the quality from Liberty we expect??? Rs.999/- is not a matter of joke. I also texted in your WhatsApp no. got no reply in 2 days.
