R/sir, I had perchad liberty shoes from SUN LEATHER PRIDE address 3ABN CHAMBER OPposite WELCome HOTEL alkapuri vadodaraon on date 20/10/2016 and shoes found manufacturing defective within six days and also informed same day to store on PNT phone -[protected]. I return the shoes on date 15/12/16 to show room for replecment or futher process but till date no any process done, he tell me to not replace but only sell in 50%discount .but i want to a new shoes or repair perfectly. Bought Black shoes 5-6 months back but one month back I noticed that the colour of one of the shoe faded and the it turns browm. It is very embrassing to wear the shoes. I have bought the Libery shoes from last 10 years but this type of complaint arise this time. request you to kindly resolve or replace the shoes .

LIBERTY SHOES is worst company. IT IS FOOLING CUSTOMERS, My money has been wasted many times. No more same quality as 10 years ago. I think thy sell CHINA made shoes. This company is using v cheap raw material for sure thats why shoes are breaking in 1-2 uses only. Don't buy again.
