Liberty Shoes — Uncomfortable shoes sold by shop

Defective shoes is replaced on 16th March with another size 06, JP9433 Brown Softy. That time the sales man asked your fingers are straight if yes this is the fit shoe for you. I felt tightly but He convinced me it will be spread as you will use. I wear that shoe hole day (17th March) and I felt very uncomfortable and very painful in my legs. I went to the shop on 18th March and discussed My problems. The same sales man saw the back side sole of the shoe and told because of some scratches it can’t replace again and convinced me.. this size is fit for you and you will have to wear it 4-5 days and it will be free with your size. I told to him that I cannot take time again with this as I have been face off the problems with my last shoe. He told that you can leave this shoe with us, we will keep it in Die for 4-5 days and it will be free. I handed over my shoe to the sales man on the same day. After 4-5 days I went again to the shop on 26th and taken My shoe. Now today I wear the shoe and not comfortable (feeling tightly with upper case) and want to replace again.

Note:-My last shoe was very comfortable for me. I have changed that because of defection but the sales man understood the shoe was not liked by me. I have problem in my heel and Doctor suggested me for soft and comfortable shoe. If it will not be changed then the same shoe is useless for me.
