LIC HFL — change roi not showing since 3 months, they are charging very high roi

Hi, I am trying to reduce the ROI which is very high but unable to see the "Change ROI" option on the website after login. I requested to get the monitorium benefit as Supertech gone in insolvency and since last 11 year I am paying LIC HL EMI on time. But till the date I have not got my house and only paying EMIs every month.
LIC HFL not allowed me to stop the EMI till my possession and also unable to reduce my ROI through REWRITE due to no option appearing on portal for the same.
