With reference to your queries we would like to draw your kind attention that Rate of Interest is as per sanction terms & conditions:
LHPLR 14.20% -Spread 2.50% to 2.75% (as applicable in each loan account) = Current rate of interest
However we have provide the documentation to rewrite case to ROI to 9.85%(floating ) by complying the provided documentation along wotg rewriting charges of Rs.1150/- en each account.

Dear sir
As a telephonic communication with you I am sending grievances via mail to you and all your Departments details as given below.
1. I am a your customer since year[protected].
2. I have four housing loan A/c from lic housing finance ltd.
3. My loan accounts no. is - [protected], [protected], [protected] &[protected] kindly see all details through system.
4. Current interest rate @ 11.45 to 11.70% is my all loan accounts. which is effect me up to 40 months increasing of my loan tenure. it's very very high & it's totally against national housing loan policy.
5. Govt. has announced increasing or decreasing interest in housing loan time to time but we can't taken benefits govt. policy. when the interest label was high you automatically increasing interest from each accounts.but the govt. announced loan interest going down then why you not decreasing interest automatically it's seem a scandal on my views as an Indian low.
Finally I am requesting to you kindly reverse all interest amt. from my all loan accounts from day one without any processing fee's.(as per govt. policy).I hope lic housing finance ltd taken positively all my grievance points & inform me as a limited time frame.
