I have been trying to make payment for 2 weeks through online without any break. Most of the times, it let me login and on the payment page, it times - out. Seeing i clicked back or front or refresh button.
After some time, it does not even allow me to login. It keeps saying the service is unavailble and try again later. "due to technical issues, this service is unavailable. We'll be back shortly. Inconvenience is deeply regretted. "
Actually, i regret taking a policy with lic now. They cannot keep online systems available for nri or other remote customers.
