Today on making premium payment online through LIC website the payment amount was debited form the bank account but neither the confirmation of payment is received by us nor the receipt of payment, although the payment was successful the screenshot of this is attached with this complaint. After a few seconds error page was displayed and then a page showing transaction failed.
You are requested to provide the receipt of payment on a priority basis.
