[Resolved]  Lichfl, Bhopal — Non Receipt of Loan even after complete Fees and Formalities

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Tara Chand applied for Property loan (housing Loan) on 25th Jul 2014 and did complete formalities within 5-6 days and i paid some amount after getting conformation message on 29th and 31st Jul about approval of my loan. i was continuously getting feedback regarding the loan from LIC Agent and he was continuously making me fool by telling me that you will get cheque after 2-3 days.
at the end on 29th Aug 2014 the LIC HFL Area manager refused me for loan by without giving any kind of reason and any kind of rejection letter, when i asked him for rejection letter he simply denied me and his behaviour was also not upto mark.
finally on 31st i took an amount of 1, 55, 000/- from my friend and paying on 24% Rate of interest. and also paying to builder extra money due to failure of payment on time. so i need my reimbursement for this much loss.
Also i gave him (Area Manager) the application on 29th Aug for return of my processing fees but still i didn't get my processing fees and agent charge.
So sir it is therefore requested please help me regarding above mentioned problem.
