Lichfl — LIC Housing Finance not returning your Original property papers

We had transferred our home loan from LIC Housing Finance to SBI on 18th Feb 2020. We were asked by LICHFL to collect the documents after 20 days. In March 2020 we were told that they will call us back once the documents are dispatched from their Mhape office to the front office of Kharghar from where we have taken the Loan.

Unfortunately after this Nationwide lockdown was done due to Corona Virus. There was no contact with LICHFL till September 2020. They told us that they are working with limited staff and it will take time to arrange the Original documents. We were doing follow ups with them on weekly basis, on December 2020 they told that they will hand over the docs in a week's time but after that they have stopped picking up my call.
