I have applied through my agent (1019341f) for surrender my policy No.[protected] on 18th may-2017 (Receipt no. Ph/2017/002224) for an extreme urgency of treatment Purpose. It was assured by your concern person of your branch (No: 425, city branch-14, 23a/44x d. H. Road) that it will transferred within a Maximum period of six days. When it has not come within last eight Days, my agent visits your branch to check the status & he came to know That ms. Puja has misplaced my file. She started shouting on y agent Instead of taking initiative to process it. Ms. Puja said she was on Leave for few days thatswhy hip of payment cases was dumped on her Table.
