425, city branch-14, 23a/44x d. H. Road) that it will transferred within a
Maximum period of six days. When it has not come within last eight
Days, my agent visits your branch to check the status & he came to know
That ms. Puja has misplaced my file. She started shouting on y agent
Instead of taking initiative to process it. Ms. Puja said she was on
Leave for few days thatswhy hip of payment cases was dumped on her
Table. If one employee go on leave & if there is no other concern
Customer has to suffer is very pathetic.
