I had taken this policy and paid the premiums for 15 years, now lic says that there is no benefit nor i can surrender this policy, my handicapped son will get the benefits only i die... From this policy, after my death (Do not know when it will come), who will help my son to run around lic to get the benefits?

This policy terms are not proper and clear. We thought lic is a government organization and do not cheat people with dirty terms.

This way lic is making lot of money by not paying our money back to us.

Yes, you may say that i must read the terms and services before taking the policy, but unfortunately, i never dreamt of such stupid terms from lic.

Please do something, so that my handicapped son gets the benefits before i die.
